I opened the Cottage Training Centre, based in Hythe, Southampton in 2004 after spending many years running my own beauty salon and lecturing in further education colleges My experience allows me to understand this industry and my aim is to offer much more than training. I have a passion for teaching and hope you will find my enthusiasm inspiring.

I chose the name ‘Cottage Training Centre’ as I want you to feel welcomed and comfortable in a friendly learning environment. My small class numbers range from 1-1 tuition to a maximum of 6 students on any course, ensuring that you receive individual attention and support from enrolment to certification. All courses and workshops are certificated. I opened the “Prescents” salon in 2008, also based in Hythe, Southampton and three ex students now work in the salon. I also developed my own natural skincare range “Prescents” which has been really well received. www.prescents.co.uk
