Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that has earned many accolades. Benefits to the physical and psychological well-being of the client are countless. You will learn about the body’s energy flow and how working over reflex points on the feet and hands can re-balance a client. Many conditions respond exceptionally well.
Cottage Training Centre Diploma.
You will attend 3 days, 2 consecutive, one a month later to learn the theory and practical routine of this fascinating therapy. This will enhance your confidence and skill level. Case studies will need to be completed after day 3 amounting to 40 hours in total. After these you will be ready and confident to take your final assessment at the training centre. A Level 3 certificate in Reflexology accredited by the Guild of Holistic Therapists will be awarded on successful completion. Additional days and costs are required for VTCT qualification, details to follow
VTCT level 3 Diploma.
If you wish to practice outside the UK or be a member of the FHT or AOR you will need this qualification.
You will attend the first 3 days as stated above but will then need to attend a further 3 days at the Cottage to gain this qualification. You will need to complete case studies amounting to 100 hours plus 3 other units alongside the practice of Reflexology in this qualification:
Business practice, Principles & Practice for Complimentary Therapies, Anatomy, Physiology & Pathologies.
This qualification requires 3 competent final assessments and 2 multiple choice written exam papers.

There is a substantial amount of Anatomy & Physiology supporting this Diploma and if you have not undertaken any before you will be required to complete the A&P course online at a cost of £25.00.
