About this Course

The Cottage Training Centre offers a one day training course in Manual lymphatic drainage techniques. This is a powerful massage treatment that can be beneficial for recovery following illness or surgery, removal of excess tissue fluid (oedema), poor circulation, muscular aches and pains and a boost to the immune system. It also has fabulous rejuvenating effects and can help with under eye-bags and sluggish skin. This one day workshop will teach you many lymphatic drainage techniques that you can offer to your techniques clients. MLD is a specialised massage and takes many months to learn, this one day course will enable you to safely offer some of the techniques to your clients.
