This a 2 day course although manicure or pedicure can be done alone. Further assessment day required.
These treatments form a major source of income in any salon. They have remained popular and a certificate offers progression to Nail Extensions and Nail Art. New legislation in care and nursing homes requires a certificate in pedicures as this covers toe nail cutting. Your training will enable you to offer a full luxury manicure and pedicure. This two day course is extremely popular and a great way to start a new career in beauty.

How training here works
- 1 Book your place. You pay the deposit by card and the place is yours from that moment. The course details and materials are emailed to you, and the balance is due on your training day.
- 2 Train in a small group. Theory, a demonstration, then the treatment on each other - and on a model for assessment.
- 3 Practise, then get assessed. Some of the short day courses are assessed on the day; others need you to come back to the centre for the assessment. Practising at home on friends and family is a must. Assessment dates are usually agreed and booked during the training, at a time to suit you.
