Cottage Training Centre Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy: It is not possible to cancel a course after enrolment except in exceptional circumstances deemed to be exceptional by The cottage Training Centre.

2. Deposit fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless circumstances are deemed to be exceptional by the Cottage Training Centre .

3. Course fees are due on the first day of training or anytime before.

4. Payment methods: We have several payment options available for courses over £200. We offer payments by instalment to help you spread the cost of training. More detail on request.

5. Course cancellation: It is our ethos to not cancel courses even with low numbers. However In the event of a course cancellation due to exceptional circumstances we will always arrange other dates with you.

6. Loyalty discount We offer 10% loyalty discount on most courses after your first course attended. We also offer discounts on group bookings & multiple course bookings, more details on request.

7. Course Criteria and Assessments: If it is determined that you have not met the course criteria and passed the assessments to the required standard, you will be required to re-attend the assessment at a future date. There will be no charge for an additional assessment; however, if you fail a second time, additional charges of £50.00 per future assessment will apply. In the event that you fail any part of an assessment and the tutor deems it unsafe and lacking competency to continue, you will not be permitted to proceed further in the course. If you are unable to continue with the course due to failing an assessment, the fees paid will not be refundable. Our priority is to ensure safety and competency during the training.

8. Course Completion Timeframe: All courses must be completed within a timeframe of 2 years from the date of enrolment. Failure to do so may necessitate repayment and re-registration, incurring the full course fee for OFQUAL and CPD Courses.

9. English Proficiency Level: Please be aware that meeting course entry or admission requirements is essential. If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide sufficient qualifications in English language proficiency.

10. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By booking your place on a course with Cottage Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
