Reflexology is a complementary therapy that has earned many accolades. The benefits to the physical and psychological well-being of the client are countless.

It is a Natural form of healing which uses particular massage techniques to the feet to treat the entire body

Reflexology is  a holistic treatment therefore treating the mind, whole of the body and soul

It aims to correct imbalances in the energy zones that lead to humans feeling unwell and developing certain conditions

Reflexology promotes the body’s own healing forces and it is possible to correct certain conditions

Cottage Training Centre Diploma.

You will attend 4 days, 2 consecutive, one a month later to learn the theory and practical routine of this fascinating therapy.  This will enhance your confidence and skill level. Case studies will need to be completed after day 3 amounting to 40 hours in total. After these you will be ready and confident to take your final assessment at the training centre on the 4th day. The anatomy and physiology is included all completed on line through Essential Training Solutions. A Level 3 certificate in Reflexology accredited by ABT will be awarded on successful completion. Additional days and costs are required for VTCT qualification, details to follow

VTCT level 3 Diploma In Reflexology.

If you wish to practice outside the UK or be a member of the FHT  you will need this qualification.

You will attend the first 3 days as stated above then we will plan together a  further 8  days at the Cottage to gain this qualification.  This will be spread over 6-12 months or longer if needed. You will need to complete case studies amounting to 100 hours plus 3 other units alongside the practice of Reflexology in this qualification:

Business practice, Principles & Practice for Complimentary Therapies, Anatomy, Physiology & Pathologies.

The anatomy and physiology is included all completed online through Essential Training Solutions

This qualification requires 3 competent final assessments and 2 multiple-choice written exam papers.
