The course is taught over two days at the centre. You will then be required to complete case studies at home and return to complete an assessment when you feel ready. The course will cover some of the essential skills to introduce you to the world of make-up and to start your journey as a make-up artist. You will learn the most up to date techniques in order to apply make-up for various occasions. -

It can have many benefits to other conditions such as fluid retention, tired legs and feet, poor circulation and recovery post illness. -

The course is taught over 5 days where you will be shown techniques to create some of the the latest make-up trends. Each day will involve a ‘theme’ where you will be able to get creative. -

This master class is for those who have previously undertaken a make- up course and would like to learn the skill of using airbrushing to apply make -up. Airbrushing is perfect for bridal and special occasion make-up and provides a smooth, flawless, long lasting, high definition finish to the make-up. -

In addition, the course covers the advanced skill in airbrush make-up, popular for brides on their big day. You will need to have attended our 2-day Foundation make-up course or equivalent prior to the course or have some previous make up training.

Perfect for therapists as there is very little stress on the hands, thumbs and wrists. For qualified masseuses this adds an exciting dimension to their therapy menu. -
Full day (10am-4pm) Course fee: £160 (deposit £100) This beautiful Facial Massage can be integrated into Indian Head Massage, Facials, Anti-Ageing Therapies or as a stand-alone Therapy will learn the full sequence of traditional Ayurvedic face lift massage. Learn how to work Marma points to alleviate symptoms and treat the clients Dosha type. NB this course is only run once a year from an external trainer, Dr Deepa. -
Course fee: £150 (deposit £50) Date: 14th November 2024 10.00am-4pm Resulting qualification: Cottage certificate accredited by ABT This is a powerful massage treatment that can be beneficial for recovery following illness or surgery, removal of excess tissue fluid (oedema), poor circulation, muscular aches and pains and a boost to the immune system. It also has fabulous rejuvenating effects and can help with under eye-bags and sluggish skin. MLD is a specialised massage and takes many months to learn, this one-day course will enable you to safely offer some of the techniques to your clients. -

You will learn the properties of many essential oils plus their benefits both physically and psychologically. Aromatherapy massage techniques will be taught. -
Course Information: Dates: 24th February 2025 10am-5pm Course fee: £200 (deposit £100) Resulting qualification: ABT This certificate is a must for therapists who perform regular massage treatments. The wrists, hands, thumbs and fingers can suffer over time and the techniques you will be taught help to alleviate this strain. They can be used as deep tissue massage. An added bonus will be to learn how to safely apply neuro-muscular techniques helping clients who suffer from long-term postural or injury problems. -
